1.Add dynamic TS+preset TS mode
   System menu #10,#11 for SSB/CW and AM/NFM ts step size
   TS range:10Hz,100Hz,1kHz,10kHz,100kHz(for all mode)
   dynamic TS behaviour:
      Continuously turning (time interval between each step is less than 1 second) 
      the main knob for 20 steps will trigger dynamic mode;
      dynamic TS=preset TSx10;
      dynamic TS digit will be highlighted(Reverse colored)
2.New system menu operation logic
   Change system menu item by pressing BAND Up/Down key(Equivalent to press PREV/NEXT)
3.New MFK operation logic
   Press and hold MFK to enter menu
   Rotate MFK to choose desired function
   Press MFK to save and exit menu
4.New filter Center/Bw operation logic
5.NFM mode is avaliabe but just for testing
6.Add RF GAIN to MFK function list
7.Lower CW Tone volume(-15dB lower than the original level)
8.Clip NFM max modulation frequency deviation to about +/-2.5kHz
